Getting Started As A Podcaster

When creating a podcast, consider that the process comes in three phases:

Phase 1 is concept to launch.

Phase 2 is professional production.

Phase 3 is strategy/monetization.

We understand the Podcasting space and will help you strategize and work towards your goals. But you also need to setup an RSS Feed. What’s an RSS Feed? An RSS Feed is the Quarterback and Apple, Google and iHeart Radio are the Wide Receivers. You can use a WordPress Plugin to host your own RSS Feed but then you also have to worry about if you missed anything. Aka are there directories or apps and websites that have Podcasts that you don’t know about. We can help you

Things to Consider

Skype is a popular way to conduct online interviews and there are several ways to record Skype calls. There are a number of different services that will let you record remote conversations. The issue with Skype is that sound quality is poor, even if all parties have great internet connections. Technically you can get around this simply spending 5 dollars a month for a Skype phone number and being able to make land line calls.

I’ve heard alot of good things about The Rode Caster Pro as an Audio Mixer, however I just mix in Audition. Secondly I did a product review of one that Staples had on clearance. It made it horrible when using a USB condenser microphone.

I can not with all my audio and video expertise out edit a bad recording situation, I can reduce a ton of background noise but not all of it.
